In 2019 Valerio took on the role of General Manager for Bor Productions, overseeing all operations and administrative work, with the aim of enhancing quality and efficiency of a well established and a growing show production. Valerio attended the University of Rome, where he achieved a degree in Modern Literature and Languages (English, Spanish, French). He also has qualifications in Coaching, Selling Techniques, Communication and most important, in Contract Law, followed remotely at Harvard University. Soon after, Valerio started his career on board cruise ships as an entertainer, and soon became the youngest Cruise Director of MSC Cruises. During his service for the Company, he found himself as MSC Corporate twice. The first (2005) coordinating the Entertainment Department, and the second (2011) in HR Management, Adult Entertainment, Enrichment Programs and increase of OnBoard Revenue through dedicated Entertainment activities. During his career (MSC Cruises and other Companies), he was involved in many training and coaching programs for Human Resources, before specializing in Company Management & Administration. In 2015, he joined one of Europe’s biggest Tour Operators, Alpitour, as General Manager of a luxury resort in Madagascar, Andilana Beach Resort which was awarded the World’s Best Beach Resort 4 years in a row.
